The redevelopment of the historic Shenandoah Hotel, a 5-story brick and steel-framed structure built in 1920 and located in the eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, will entail the full-scale renovation of approximately 53,000 sq. ft. into an attractive mixed-use asset.  It will consist of 40 market-rate residences above ground floor retail in a centrally-located downtown location.

The Shenandoah will be a highly unique addition to the downtown housing currently available in Martinsburg.  Its completion would add over 50 new residents to the downtown. The completed project will offer brand new and modern residential space, including upper-end finishes and fixtures, in an attractive historic building. It is our intention to fully lease the 10,000+ sq. ft. lower level commercial spaces to multiple retail, office, and restaurant tenants.
